Map & Location
The Centre is located on Hope Road, Bibra Lake, adjacent to the cycleway and boardwalk on the eastern shore of the Lake. It is located 15km south of Perth, the capital of Western Australia. It is one of the major attractions in the Beeliar Regional Park, which consists of two parallel chains of wetlands including 27 different wetlands stretching across the municipalities of Melville, Cockburn and Kwinana
To the east of the Centre is a healthy stand of banksia woodland that supports a large population of bush birds and reptiles. The North Lake reserve on the opposite side of Hope Road contains a diverse mosaic of wetland and bushland plant communities, which support abundant wildlife.
